How delivery works

On delivery day, boxes are brought to your address within a time window agreed in advance. If your home has no elevator or access is limited, please note it on the booking form - it helps us plan delivery more precisely.

Pickup happens once you've unpacked and the boxes are empty. You'll get a reminder before your rental period ends, and you can agree on the most convenient pickup time.
